4.2.4.1.3 - Documentation shall describe any processes used for changes to such identifiers.

As described in Definition of AIP, each AU (AIP) has a persistent, unique identifier that is the same on every CLOCKSS box and is immutable; any change to the class name or the parameters from which the identifier is computed would result in the creation of a different AU..
