4.6.1.1 - The repository shall log and review all access management failures and anomalies.

The CLOCKSS archive is a dark archive, access to the content it holds is not permitted and is prevented by the CLOCKSS box configuration. Any access to the content except as described in CLOCKSS: Extracting Triggered Content is a security violation. The security logs and records generated during CLOCKSS: Box Operations are described in CLOCKSS: Logging and Records.
