4.6.2.1 - The repository shall record and act upon problem reports about errors in data or responses from users.

The CLOCKSS archive is a dark archive; access to the content is not permitted.

Problem reports relating to triggered content would be received by the re-publishing site from which the Consumer accessed the relevant content. The re-publishing site would forward these to the LOCKSS team, but their only possible response would be ask board permission to re-generate the relevant DIP, perhaps after identifying and fixing some problem in the extraction process. The CLOCKSS archive does not have permission to alter the content in its AIPs.
