3.5.1.3 - The repository shall have written policies that indicate when it accepts preservation responsibility for contents of each set of submitted data objects
Preservation responsibility is accepted when the content has been agreed upon via the [[LOCKSS: Polling and Repair Protocol] by a majority of the CLOCKSS Boxes. See the Harvest Process section of CLOCKSS: Ingest Pipeline and the File Transfer Content Ingest section of CLOCKSS: Ingest Pipeline.
